One of my clients is a producer of natural and organic wine and cava. He produces cava (sparkling wine), red and white wines from autochthonous varieties (Xarel.lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Tempranillo, Cariñena -Carignan-, Sumoll)
With fine labelling and a production of about 75,000 bottles a year.
