California wine warehouse: we might find a Spain-based warehouse partner

Our company located in California powers many of the big direct-shipping wine warehouses in California, and our System powers many etailers and winery websites online sales and wine clubs.

We are setting up operations and infrastructure in Europe top support the UK market, and are wondering if we might find a Spain-based warehouse partner that (a) stores wine for wineries, (b) and can fulfill orders on demand from our marketing channels. Orders from the Spanish warehouse would be prepacked for each individual recipient, and then shipped to the UK on a consolidated basis ... Once the shipments reach the UK, they are consigned to the local courier which then ships them to each recipient.
