Characteristics:                           We are looking for a dry, clear aromatic, clean, fruity and fresh wine with hints of tropical fruit, nettles, fresh herbs and lime.

Grape composition:  A grape blend of at least 2 grape varieties, where Verdejo should constitute between 50 % and 85 % of the blend. The grape varieties Moscatel and Gewurztraminer could not be a part of the blend.

Minimum quantity (BiB 3l):  117 000

Other requirements:  Max. 5 g/l sugar
