Type of product:  Red wine. Either a single grape variety wine of Monastrell or a blend of at least 50 % Monastrell and the remaining part Syrah
Origin:  DO Alicante, DO Jumilla, DO Yecla or DO Bullas
Characteristics: Organic wine. A youthful, very fruity and flavourful wine with hints of black cherry, blackberry, spices, herbs and licorice. The wine can have elements of oak but it is not a requirement. The wine should not have burnt aromas.
Size of bottle/unit:  75 cl glass bottle

Ageing:The wine need to be aged at least 4 months in oak barrels.
